How We Work
Build in public
All core repositories are open source under AGPL-3.0. Research is published openly. We use Cordelia to build Cordelia.
Ship and iterate
Working software over comprehensive documentation. Four major releases in the first six weeks. Test in production-like topologies.
Respect the reader
Name the algorithms, cite the papers, show the code. No marketing superlatives. Trust boundaries documented, not hidden.
Small team, high leverage
Three founders, AI-augmented development, focused scope. We build infrastructure, not applications. Depth over breadth.
